"Ташир 2013", прошедшая в Мае сего года в Кремловском дворце, ознаменовалась премьерой Рапсодии Диалога для фортепиано с оркестром композитора Толибхона Шахиди на темы-интонации Арама Хачатуряна, посвященная 110-летию со дня рождения выдающегося советского композитора.
